Continental plans to divest auto parts business

Continental's Board of Directors decided on December 9 to split its automotive parts business. This decision was made after several months of in-depth analysis, paving the way for the subsequent spin-off. It is expected that the key steps of the spin-off will be voted on by Continental's Supervisory Board in March next year, followed by a shareholder vote at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2025. This process is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
