Vietnamese electric car maker VinFast Auto plans to expand production capacity

Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast Auto announced that it will build a second production plant in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam to meet the growing market demand for small and medium-sized models. The new plant is expected to have an annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles, which is the same as the company's existing plant in Hai Phong. The new plant will mainly produce VF 3 and VF 5 models and is scheduled to be officially put into production in July next year.
