Innoscience passes Hong Kong IPO hearing and plans to expand gallium nitride wafer production capacity

Innoscience (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., a domestic GaN IDM company, passed the hearing on December 9 and is preparing to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company plans to use the funds raised from the IPO mainly to expand the production capacity of 8-inch GaN wafers and increase the penetration rate of GaN products in consumer electronics, renewable energy and industrial applications, automotive electronics and data centers.
