China Electronics Group plans to acquire control of HuaDa JiuTian to promote the development of EDA industry

China Electronics Corporation plans to acquire control of Huada Empyrean by transferring its board seats to accelerate the construction of core integrated circuit capabilities such as EDA and solve national industrial bottlenecks.
