Human Horizons receives $1 billion investment to help rebuild team and resume production

Recently, iAuto Group announced a comprehensive strategic partnership with Human Horizons, planning to invest up to US$1 billion in it. This funding will help Human Horizons rebuild its team and resume production, and the transaction is expected to be completed before the release of the first half of 2024 financial report. The cooperation between the two parties involves multiple areas, including manufacturing cooperation, equity mergers and acquisitions, technical cooperation, brand and international sales docking, supply chain and production integration, aiming to promote business restructuring, resolve overcapacity problems and optimize the business environment.
