Newray Technology, a domestic UWB chip startup, has launched four chips in a row, namely the 600 series 82687 and 82660 for diversified IoT devices and the 800 series 82860 and 82888 for smartphones. Newray ursamajor81750 is a highly integrated, high-performance, low-power ultra-wideband (UWB) positioning communication system chip with industry-leading ranging, angle measurement accuracy and spatial positioning coverage. It also supports IEEE802.15.4-2020 and IEEE802.15.4Z protocol standards, as well as CCC and FiRa Alliance specifications.
