CRRC's medium and low voltage power device industrialization project completed and put into production

The CRRC medium and low voltage power device industrialization (Yixing) construction project has been completed and put into production recently. This is an important layout of CRRC Times Semiconductor in the field of new energy vehicles. The total investment of the project is 5.9 billion yuan. The first batch of mass-produced medium and low voltage power devices has rolled off the production line and is being delivered to Changzhou new energy vehicle customers for verification. It is expected that mass delivery can be achieved within the year.
