Horizon Robotics and the University of Hong Kong collaborate to launch an innovative end-to-end autonomous driving system

HE-Drive, proposed by Horizon Robotics in collaboration with the University of Hong Kong and other institutions, is an innovative end-to-end autonomous driving system based on a visual language model that places particular emphasis on the ability to mimic human driving behavior. The HE-Drive system combines a visual language model (VLM) with a motion planner based on a diffusion model to generate a driving trajectory that is both temporally consistent and comfortable.
