X-fab plans to expand production capacity in Sarawak, Malaysia and France

X-fab is actively expanding its silicon carbide production capacity. In addition to its factory in Texas, the company is also expanding its production capacity in Sarawak, Malaysia and France. In Sarawak, X-fab aims to increase its production capacity by 10,000 wafers per month, and is expected to complete construction after the summer and start moving in equipment in the fourth quarter of this year.
