Continental integrates facial recognition technology into driver display

Continental has launched a two-stage access control system based on facial recognition, which uses a special camera system installed on the outside of the vehicle's B-pillar and behind the driver's display. In addition, the system uses the exclusive liveness detection technology of BASF subsidiary trinamiX to effectively prevent fraud and theft attempts.
