Marvell and Amazon sign five-year AI chip design partnership

Marvell has signed a five-year, "multi-generational" agreement with Amazon to help it design its own artificial intelligence chips. Amazon, the world's largest cloud computing service provider, has been aggressively expanding its in-house chip business, in part to reduce its reliance on Nvidia for key AI components.
