Stellantis Group and Leapmotor establish a joint venture to enter the global electric vehicle market

On May 14, 2024, Stellantis Group and Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd. announced the establishment of a joint venture "Leapmotor International B.V.", headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Stellantis Group holds a 51% stake, while Leapmotor holds a 49% stake. Xin Tianshu serves as the CEO of Leapmotor International, responsible for the promotion of the two electric models, T03 and C10, in Europe.
