Am 14. Mai 2024 gaben die Stellantis Group und Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd. die Gründung eines Joint Venture-Unternehmens „Leapmotor International B.V.“ mit Hauptsitz in Amsterdam, Niederlande, bekannt. Die Stellantis Group hält 51 % der Anteile und Leapmotor hält 49 %. Xin Tianshu ist CEO von Leapmotor International und verantwortlich für die Werbung für die Elektromodelle T03 und C10 in Europa.
