Tesla reportedly monitors its 2,800 sales staff in 314 stores in China every hour to assess their effectiveness and efficiency in attracting potential customers to stores, arranging test drives, and facilitating orders. It is reported that sales staff with poor performance may be fired on the same day. Tesla China responded that it "has not received relevant information."
