TSMC's 2nm chip production yield reaches over 60%

According to foreign media reports, TSMC plans to start mass production of 2-nanometer chips next year. The trial production results currently conducted at TSMC's plant in Hsinchu show that the yield of its 2-nanometer process has reached more than 60%. It is expected that Apple will still use TSMC's 3-nanometer process node A19/Pro processor in next year's iPhone 17 series.
