Shandong Hongcan's large-scale integrated die-casting project has introduced the world's most advanced Swiss Buhler die-casting machine, of which the 6100T die-casting machine is currently the only one in Shandong Province, and there are only more than 10 in the country. The introduction of this technology has greatly improved production efficiency, shortening the production time from more than 120 minutes to 140 seconds, saving 98% of the time; for every ton of product produced, energy consumption can be reduced by more than 10%; and material recycling can reach more than 95%.
