In 2020, Wuhan Xinxin announced that its self-developed 50nm floating gate code-type flash memory (SPI NOR Flash) chip has achieved full-line mass production. Currently, Wuhan Xinxin can provide 12-inch NOR Flash, CIS and Logic wafer foundry and technical services with 40nm and above process technology.
