Inhemsk kiselkarbidsubstratteknik uppnår genombrott

Inhemskt har kiselkarbidsubstratteknik gjort viktiga genombrott. Shandong Tianyue Company, Beijing Tianke Heda Company och Hebei Tongguang Crystal Company genomförde respektive tekniskt samarbete och transformation med Shandong University, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences och Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, och utvecklade framgångsrikt 6-tums ledande SiC-substrat och högrent halvisolerande SiC-substrat. Dessutom har inhemska företag uppnått massproduktion av 4-tums substrat och gjort framsteg i forskning och utveckling av 6-tums substrat.
