Li Shufu invested in Kangsheng shares three years ago and now decides to sell out

In July 2021, Li Shufu acquired 5% of the shares of the listed company held by Chongqing Tuoyang Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chongqing Tuoyang"), the controlling shareholder of Kangsheng Shares, through Geely Commercial Vehicles. The transfer price at that time was 3.573 yuan per share, and the total transfer price was about 203 million yuan. However, three years later, Li Shufu decided to clear all his holdings in Kangsheng Shares.
