Nezha Auto faces multiple legal actions

Nezha Auto is currently facing multiple lawsuits. One lawsuit was filed by D.S. Public Relations, which accused Nezha Auto of failing to pay a contract amount of 53.5507 million yuan. Another lawsuit was filed by Efort, which accused the Yichun Branch of Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. of failing to pay a contract amount of 48.195 million yuan. In addition, Nezha Auto is involved in 36 other lawsuits, most of which are related to sales contract disputes.
