Unfair competition dispute between Guide Infrared and Juexin Microelectronics escalates

The unfair competition dispute between Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guide Infrared) and Zhejiang Juexin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Juexin Microelectronics) has further escalated. Guide Infrared filed a lawsuit against Juexin Microelectronics in its announcement and demanded compensation of RMB 200 million. However, Juexin Microelectronics countered that Guide Infrared's lawsuit contained false records, misrepresentations and misleading statements. At present, Juexin Microelectronics has submitted an application to the court to revoke the property preservation and reserves the right to pursue Guide Infrared's corresponding legal responsibilities.
