Samsung Electronics and Synopsys Collaborate to Complete 3nm GAA Transistor Mobile SoC Production

Recently, Samsung Electronics and Synopsys announced that the two parties have successfully completed the production tape-out of a "high-performance mobile SoC" based on Samsung's 3nm GAA transistors. This mobile SoC integrates flagship CPU and GPU cores and has generative AI capabilities.
