Broadcom expresses dissatisfaction with Intel's 18A process, cancels orders and seeks alternatives

As a major customer of Intel IFS, Broadcom expressed strong dissatisfaction with the 18A process. Its engineers said that due to the low yield, the process could not meet the mass production standards at all. Therefore, Broadcom canceled the order and looked for alternatives.
