The second phase of Beijing Tianke Heda Semiconductor Silicon Carbide Production Base Project started

The second phase of Beijing Tianke Heda Semiconductor's silicon carbide production base project has started construction. The total investment of this project is 2 billion yuan. It is expected to be completed between 2024 and 2025. After completion, it plans to purchase process equipment such as crystal growth and auxiliary crystal processing, wafer processing, cleaning and testing, and build a new 6- and 8-inch silicon carbide substrate production line.
