Geely Holding and DRB-HICOM establish joint venture to accelerate development of AHTV project in Malaysia

On December 11, Geely Holding Group and DRB-HICOM Group signed a joint venture agreement to establish the AHTV joint venture company to promote the development of Tanjung Malim Automotive High-Tech Valley in Malaysia. At the same time, Geely Holding's Guangyu Mingdao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Malaysia's ALTEL Group Sdn Bhd signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to accelerate the digital transformation of related companies in Malaysia. This cooperation will promote Geely's strategic layout in Malaysia and help AHTV become a highland for the research and development and manufacturing of new energy and new technologies in ASEAN.
