Die casting test verification

The die-casting test conducted on a Buhler 1300t die-casting machine verified our optimization plan. The test results showed that the casting had a smooth surface, clear contours, no cracks, flash, cold shut and other defects, and good quality. In addition, the X-ray flaw detection results inside the casting also showed no obvious pores or shrinkage defects.
