Guide Infrared sues former employees and new company for infringing trade secrets

Guide Infrared, a leading domestic infrared detector R&D and production company, recently announced that it has filed a civil lawsuit with the Hubei Provincial High Court, accusing its former employees and the newly established Juexin Microelectronics Company of infringing its trade secrets. While working at Guide Infrared, these former employees were exposed to and mastered the company's core trade secrets, including a full set of detector production technology and process flows. After they left, they used these trade secrets in Juexin Microelectronics' production activities, causing the company to establish and put into production products that were highly consistent with Guide Infrared in a short period of time. Guide Infrared believes that these actions violated relevant laws and agreements and caused the company to suffer economic losses of at least 200 million yuan. Therefore, Guide Infrared requested the court to support its lawsuit.
