On March 31, the Guangdong Heketai (Shunqing) semiconductor discrete devices and chip resistor R&D and manufacturing project was signed in Nanchong, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. Shenzhen Heketai Electronics Co., Ltd. is a high-tech innovative enterprise specializing in the R&D, design, production and sales of semiconductor discrete devices and chip resistors, capacitors and inductors. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project will invest 1.5 billion yuan to build high-end semiconductor power devices and chip resistor packaging and testing workshops, etc., and is expected to produce more than 10 billion semiconductor discrete devices annually. The second phase of the project will invest 3.5 billion yuan to build standardized factory buildings, R&D centers, office buildings, etc. to create a semiconductor discrete device R&D, packaging and testing base in the southwest region.
