Ganzhou Jirui New Energy Technology acquired 100% of the equity of Lidao New Energy for RMB 3 million in October 2019. Lidao New Energy is the main production and operation entity of Jirui Technology, with an annual production capacity of 600 tons of lithium battery positive electrode materials.
