On March 19, NIO announced that its first high-speed solar-storage charging-discharging integrated battery swap station was officially put into use at the G50 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway Zhijiang West Service Area. The battery swap station uses NIO's self-developed HPC bidirectional high-power liquid-cooled power module, which has a peak efficiency of 98.2% and a charging and discharging power of 62.5kW, which can effectively improve the battery charging and discharging efficiency and achieve two-way interaction with the power grid. In addition, the battery swap station can also utilize the photovoltaic system in the service area, consuming more than 1,300 degrees of photovoltaic green electricity per day, and providing comprehensive energy management services, including dynamic load balancing, dynamic capacity expansion, and internal emergency backup power functions.
