Micron Technology acquires equipment from Powertech Semiconductor Xi'an

Micron Technology announced that it will acquire the equipment of Powertech Semiconductor (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. The acquisition is expected to be completed within a year, but it needs to be approved by Chinese regulators. Micron Technology said that the company will provide new labor contracts to 1,200 employees of Powertech Xi'an.
