Currently, only the wire opening and crimping parts have a high degree of automation. Due to the large number of wire harness materials and the inability to locate them, the assembly and testing parts still rely on a lot of manual labor. Although the automation of automotive wiring harness companies has made great progress in recent years, automotive wiring harness processing is still a labor-intensive industry. About 70% of the production process is manual, and labor costs account for a high proportion of the total cost of automotive wiring harnesses.
