China Resources Microelectronics and Ruichengxin Microelectronics jointly launched 0.153μm HD BCD process eFlash IP

CSMC, a subsidiary of CR Microelectronics, cooperated with Ruichengxin Microelectronics to successfully implement eFlash embedded storage technology on the 0.153μm HD BCD process platform, providing high reliability and strong compatibility solutions for industries such as automotive electronics. This technology has been applied by well-known automotive chip manufacturers.
