Zhichong Technology submits IPO application in the United States

XCHG Limited has submitted an IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and plans to issue ADS on the Nasdaq with the stock code "XCH". The company has submitted the overseas initial public offering filing materials through its domestic operating entity Beijing Zhichong Technology Co., Ltd., and plans to issue no more than 1.23 billion common shares and list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States.
