Phison Electronics sells part of its shares in Macronix Electronics, with expected proceeds of NT$4.4 billion

Phison Electronics recently announced that it will sell part of its shares in Hongxinyu Electronics in mainland China, and it is expected that this move will bring the company about NT$4.4 billion (about US$135.36 million). In the first ten months of 2024, Phison Electronics' cumulative revenue reached NT$50.08 billion. In the first three quarters, the company's pre-tax net profit was NT$6.469 billion and its after-tax net profit was NT$5.562 billion.
