Tianyue Advanced SiC Substrate Capacity Increase

Tianyue Advanced's monthly production capacity of SiC substrates is about 5,583 pieces. The company plans to put the first phase of the silicon carbide semiconductor material project into production in the third quarter of 2022 and achieve full production in 2026, by which time it will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 6-inch conductive SiC substrates.
