SMIC Shaoxing Phase III 12-inch chip project receives additional investment of RMB 3.85 billion

SMIC Shaoxing announced that it will implement a mass production project based on the Phase III 12-inch pilot project, with a total investment of RMB 22.2 billion, and an expected production capacity of 100,000 wafers per month. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the company cooperated with Shaoxing Fuzhe Yuexin Investment Fund to jointly increase capital by RMB 3.85 billion, of which SMIC Shaoxing contributed RMB 2.8875 billion.
