BAIC BluePark plans to jointly invest with BAIC Capital and Beijing Hainachuan to establish a platform company, and jointly invest with CATL, Beijing Energy Technology and Xiaomi Motors to establish a joint venture company, Beijing Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
