X-Fab's silicon carbide revenue fell 33% year-on-year in the second quarter

X-Fab's core automotive, industrial and medical business revenue reached $190.1 million in Q2 2024, down 4% year-on-year. The company said that due to lower orders in the first quarter, silicon carbide revenue in the second quarter fell 33% year-on-year to $11.6 million.
