Powerex SiC factory receives 20 million yuan in subsidies

Powerex received a grant of US$3 million (approximately RMB 20 million) from the US Chips and Science Act, which will be used to expand SiC module and other packaging production lines at its Youngwood plant in Pennsylvania.
