NIO changes its name to EL in Germany, unaffected by Audi's trademark lawsuit

According to the latest reports, NIO has changed its ES naming sequence in Germany to EL in response to Audi's lawsuit against its ES model in Germany. Although the German court had banned NIO from using the ES model name, this did not affect NIO's actual operations. By changing its name to EL, NIO successfully circumvented Audi's trademark lawsuit and maintained its normal operations in the European market.
