Xindonglianke's high-precision resonant MEMS atmospheric absolute pressure sensor is progressing smoothly

Xindonglianke introduced the progress of its high-precision resonant MEMS atmospheric absolute pressure sensor. At present, the high-precision resonant MEMS atmospheric absolute pressure sensor and the high-precision large-range pressure measurement sensor for industrial use developed by the company are at the domestic advanced level. The company has planned several products in the resonant pressure sensor: one is a small-range resonant air pressure sensor, one is a more general large-range industrial-grade pressure sensor, and the other includes pressure sensors used in high-speed rail and harsh environments. The small-range samples have been finalized and have been sent to customers in small batches; the large-range industrial-grade pressure sensor is still in the research and development stage.
