Marvell Technology and Amazon Web Services Extend Five-Year Strategic Partnership

Marvell Technology announced that it will expand its strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) through a five-year, multi-generational product agreement. This agreement covers Marvell's extensive data center semiconductor products, such as custom AI products, optical digital signal processors (DSPs), active electrical cable (AEC) DSPs, PCIe timers, data center interconnect (DCI) optical modules, and Ethernet switching silicon solutions. Marvell's key silicon technology will help AWS enhance its data center computing, networking, and storage products, thereby improving efficiency, reducing total cost of ownership, and shortening time to market. Marvell will adopt a "cloud first" strategy and work with AWS on EDA in the cloud, leveraging AWS's powerful computing power to accelerate chip design.
