Zhenghe Microchip releases 4D millimeter wave radar SoC chip RS6240

In August this year, Zhenghe Microchip released its low-power, anti-interference, long-range 4D millimeter-wave radar SoC chip RS6240. The chip integrates a 60GHz 2T4R MIMO FMCW AiP radar sensor and is equipped with 2.4GHz wireless connection technology, including BLE5.3, 802.15.4, Thread, Matter and 2.4G private protocols. RS6240 adopts a dual-core RISC-V CPU architecture, supports FPU/DSP extended operations, and is equipped with a radar RSP hardware accelerator to achieve efficient operation of the 4D millimeter-wave radar algorithm.
