Mecca Travel is the mobile travel business under Chery Group's "7+4+N" strategy, and is also the core part of the "sharing" strategy in the group's "new four modernizations" strategy. Mecca Travel uses a digital operation platform to create a comprehensive digital travel service ecosystem. Mecca's self-driving taxi is based on Chery's high-end brand Xingtu Xingjiyuan ES and ET models. It has L3 level automatic driving functions, can realize automatic following, signal light recognition, autonomous lane change and overtaking, obstacle avoidance, path planning and other functions, covering the main roads and expressways in the urban area. On October 11 this year, Mecca Travel obtained the Wuhu City Intelligent Connected Vehicle Road Test License. It is reported that after obtaining the demonstration application license for intelligent connected vehicles for passenger cars, Mecca Travel has invested 3 self-driving vehicles and plans to increase to 5 to 10 by the end of this year, covering an area of ​​more than 40 square kilometers in Jiujiang District.
