SenseTime completes strategic organizational restructuring

SenseTime announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has completed a strategic organizational restructuring. In the newly established "1+X" structure, "1" represents the group's core business, which is to build an industry-leading AI cloud to achieve seamless integration of large devices, basic models and AI applications. "X" represents the ecological enterprise matrix, including smart cars, home robots, smart healthcare, smart retail and other businesses.
