Buildings 1, 2 and 3 of the Chongqing production base of Wencan's new energy vehicle lightweight parts located in Qingfeng Science and Technology Innovation City, Shapingba District, have been successfully capped, and the entire project has been completed by about 80%. The project covers an area of ​​128 acres, with a planned total investment of approximately 800 million yuan and a total construction area of ​​69,000 square meters. A highlight of the project is that it will install two of the world's largest 12,000T die-casting machines, build a smart factory integrating die-casting, machining, post-processing and assembly processes, and create a research and development and production base for the power system of lightweight integrated body structural parts for new energy vehicles. It is expected that equipment commissioning will begin in April next year, and production will be achieved in the second half of next year. After reaching full production, the annual output value can reach 1.5 billion yuan.
