BMW Brilliance adjusts its shareholding ratio, with Brilliance China's shareholding reduced to 25%

In 2018, Brilliance China reached an agreement with BMW Group, and Shenyang Jinbei (a subsidiary of Brilliance China) sold 25% of BMW Brilliance's equity to BMW for a consideration of 3.6 billion euros (approximately 28.7 billion yuan). After this transaction, Brilliance China's shareholding in BMW Brilliance dropped to 25%, while BMW's shareholding rose to 75%.
