Freya Group to replace CEO, Martin Fischer to take over

FORVIA Group, the world's ninth largest automotive parts supplier, announced that current CEO Patrick Koller will leave on March 1, 2025. Koller has led the company to complete the transformation from Faurecia to Forvia since 2016 and successfully acquired Hella. The new CEO is Martin Fischer, a former ZF executive, who will officially take over on May 28, 2025. Fischer has extensive experience in the automotive industry, has worked in many well-known companies, and has been in charge of several important business units.
