ZF and STMicroelectronics sign multi-year automotive silicon carbide procurement contract

ZF and STMicroelectronics have signed a multi-year contract for the purchase of automotive silicon carbide. According to the contract, starting from 2025, ZF will purchase tens of millions of third-generation SiC MOSFET devices from STMicroelectronics to meet the demand for automotive-grade SiC devices in automotive inverters.
